Crystal Report : Trouble with image in fixed zone

Hi
Here is my problem.
I have images stocked as BLOB in an Oracle db.
I have to insert those images in a Crystal Report.
I have set my image to be fixed in the report.
For all landscapes images type it works perfectly well but for portrait images type they are distorted.
Any idea on how to solve this ?

In the Format Edit for the BLOB field what is the Scaling % on the Picture tab?

i have added dynamicaly image on crystal report vb .net 2010 from database but how to set fix size of image.please give me solution
