Notepad.exe is not your application, this is a rudimentary text editor bundled with Windows. It has nothing to do with C#. You don't really have reliable access to it from your code. And you would not need it for any practical purpose.

I think by notepad you mean something else, which cannot be called "notepad", but that said, you don't deserve more constructive answer anyway. Even if I imagine a fix to this question (instead of notepad, it could be "text file", "text box"…), it does not make this question sensible.
