Outlook TextHighlightColorPicker Extension

Hi I use Microsoft Outlook 2010,
mostly use the TextHighlightColorPicker [which marks signed text's background].
Unfortunately it contains 15 specific colors,
which most of them are too dark and not nice.

Does anybody knows a way to extend the optional colors?
