xtrareport page can not displayed properly using devexpress

I have create the activeX control & register using the regasm.exe in C#.NET. In this control i have used the xtrareport designer & print control page. Used this user control as activeX into the another software (like ms access ) .it' working fine all simple reports are display into this control but when i have add the paramters into the report & display the page. it will show into the page as Document does not contain any page.then submit button get disabled from user. only reset button is activated.
any one have idea about why parameters report not display into the user control & the same report display into the winform ?
