Problem With Window Server 2008

Hello Friends.
I dnt Know this is the right Place to ask this question or not.but i believe i willget the best answer from here..
my Ques:Sir I want to install Window server 2008 on my one system and window xp on others.
I wnt to make seprate login for each window xp user on server and seprate profile in which each user will store there data and work that only.basically i want each user will have seprate space on server which can be access through remote desktop and only specific user and admin can see that space or work on it..
i hope i explain a lot if any body have any idea pls help..
