Not able to create report server database in report server configuration

Hi this is prakash, a software developer working in one of IT-Development Comp.
I am facing issue with SSRS Report server configuration.
I am using two machine. Out of which in 1st machine (server) i have installed SSRS Report Server. Now i need to configure that Report Server in my client machine.

As soon as i put the 1st machin name (pc-name) to configure report database on my client machine, it gives error message that "A connection to computer can not established. Access is denied."

Please suggest what can be cause of this error. As i am able to access its URL : http://server name/Reports/Pages/Folder.aspx
where i am able to see home page for reports.
Even i am able to access shared folder on 1st machine (server) from client machine.
Kindly suggest some solution.
I think i am not able do proper setting in Configuration of SSRS.
Please guide me.
