Can't navigate pages in silverlight application

I'm making a art gallery website in a silverlight application. I've used hyperlink buttons to navigate between pages on the website, when I click on the buttons however it doesn't work. It comes up with an error saying resource cannot be found.

Heres the xaml code for the button
