Can I make a custom grammar using the System.Speech assembly in a language other than english?

Download the Microsoft Speech API from here:

SpeechSDK51.exe[^]

Install it and then add reference to its dll in your project.
You can use this to customize to your needs.

SAPI supports the following on the time of release: U.S. English, U.K. English, traditional Chinese, simplified Chinese, Japanese, German, French and Spanish

you can use the speech SDK to add to this api.
