Stand alone jbig2 image using itext

I'm trying to build an api to create a standalone jbig2 image (instead of embedding it into a pdf) with the help of the itext library...
And I am trying to build this in c# in visual studio 2010.
could anyone guide me or is there a source code that i could refer to?
