Files(s) Self Registration Failed at installation time

Hi Experts

I have developed some ocx for 64bit application and 64bit machine, these are working fine when i manually register them using regsvr32.exe on 64bit machine.

The problem is when i create installer for this and at the time of installation its all the files gets installed successfully except the ocs/dll/lin files.

It give error:

File(s) self registered failed: ,,

I dont know whats going wrong. am developing this installer on 32 bit machine. My Question is why these files are not gets self registered on 64 bit machine?
