asp.net mvc and iis load file from network resource share folder

would have a few questions:
How can use IIS connection resource on a network share folder?
Or forward to outging program as a user with username and password that was given to a network computer?
scenario is the following
I mapped the network drive W: \ directory.Load image file to load the specified path give that error. 'Could not find a part of the path' W: \ Icons \ image, png '. Class: System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException Asp.net app pool is configured as a local server, the local system, network server and allow all phonetic typing combination yielded but I also tried to set an asp.net app pool such as available network service full path that is mapped to w: \ directory give error: "Access to the path '\ ip address \ flder dir \ image.png' is denied. Class: System.UnauthorizedAccessException" Please help me
