how to autocomplet diferent tables in many pages of a common document

I have different tables in different pages of a common document written in Word.
I have the problem, that I don´t know how to autocomplet oder identical gaps (write in the first gap of the first table from the first page and the program automatically complete the oder identical gaps in other tables from other pages).
I don´t speak English very well, but I hope you could understand and help me.
