data entry software in .net with sql database

I want to create a data entry software in .net with c# and sql server. The form will show one record ramdomly , the user will enter the record in textfield seeing the record. It will check the accuracy and speed also.
Plz any body help me to create this application.

Solution 1

You should read a book. It's called How to program C# in ASP.Net using ADO.Net. Once you are done start reading one about SQL Server development!
