CCombobox with ToolTips

Hi everyone,
I must create in MFC a combobox showing tooltips. I saw this article http://www.codeproject.com/KB/combobox/Neat_Tooltip_for_Combobox.aspx
but I need tooltip text different from its item. Someone could help me?

Why not loading this article (Neat Tooltip for ComboBox[^]) and clicking "New Message" below the article text to ask your questions? The author of this article will receive e-mail notification and a chance to answer them.
