How to use the windows API to control the file or folder access permissions. I need a file or folder can only access by my application, not allow other programs to access, including change,remove by windows operations are prohibited. After I set the permissions for this folder can only be entered, and to add new things, but once things after adding into the folder which is not allowed to delete things at the same time, if it is placed in this folder the application is not able to run by double-click in the windows. Of course, this folder is not to be deleted. Thank you. Experts your advise.
