My Project works great except Opera is there any reason?

I have made a project in Asp.net using C#.
Web site is working well. But controls are not working well in opera. Page design is also appear different then other browser.
I want to Get Value from javascript to C# that i can do in other browsers except Opera. Javascript is Enabled in browser then also its not working. I am using value from other site for mysite using javascript.
Can anybody help me how can I solve this problem? bcoz its very important for my project.

Scripts are running only i can't get IP Request from Users If user use Opera. It will affect to our security. How can i get IP Request in Opera ?
