Gmail and Facebook like one-to-one chat system

I am creating Gmail and Facebook style web chat system by the help of the link
http://anantgarg.com/2009/05/13/gmail-facebook-style-jquery-chat/[^], but I am not able to one to one chat.
It means another person not getting my message.

by using above link I create chat system but problem is here that requested user chatwindow not open automatically when I message to requested user.

So please help me to how to solve this problem?

Try fixing your code. Seriously, try explaining your problem in technical terms, no-one can guess what you may be doing wrong.
