FileInUse dialog not showing the running application during uninstallation in XP

Hi,

I have created an installer for my application using Wix. The application contains four executables which are running when main application starts. During uninstallation
the FilesInUse dialog is displayed listing only those application that have a window name. One of my application is a service and other is system tray application so they dont have a window name.

In windows 7 all the running applications are displayed with there process id but in XP its not.

Is this a default behaviour of XP or I need to do some settings??
If it is default behaviour then can anyone suggest a link stating this...
