All my Alt+key is not working in run time

All my Alt+key is not working in run time,
because all text in my windows form have something like this "&Save" , "&Delete" etc..
but when i run my program all my short-cut keys are not work :(,
search in Google but i cant see the answer about my bugs. i currently use VB.NET 2008

Who knows where you messed up? If you make a small application (for goodness sake, not all of your code) demonstrating the problem we might be able to help you. Without that -- sorry, no chance.

I guess it's just UseMnemonic issue.
