about the task manager

every time i try to open the task manager in my pc which has an XP operating system i get this message which says you task manager has been blocked by your adminstrator

i just installed the operating system and i don't want to lose my data by formatting the computer again

is there anyway to get rid of this problem

Yeah it can be a bit sad sometimes. I don't know why people don't realize that a lot of problems has already been answered and a quick Google would yield immediate answers.
