Web site Deploy on IIS

Hi,

I developed my website and it working fine on asp.net developer server, but when i published on IIS this gives error

Error : "The connection has timed out"

I created one virtual directory and copied the publish copy of my site.

Please tell me how to solve this problem.

Once check the connection string you have specified in the web.config file
