The simple answer is yes, you can do pretty much whatever you want in dot net. What you really need to do is break the project down into simpler components and focus on those. Build solid little pieces that will then be used together to create the whole. When you have more specific questions as to the details, please ask them here and then we will be able to provide more specific answers.
