Windows 8 hal_initialization_failed

I have installed latest version of Vmware player and Microsoft Virtual PC. both of them gives the error "hal_initialization_failed" when I tried to install the developer preview of Windows 8.
Do you have any idea to solve it?

Dear All,
I have find a solution.

Vmware Player, MS Virtual PC are the products I faced with problem while installing Windows 8.

I have downloaded VirtualBox (from Oracle), Started to installation without any problem.
