asp.net to send email on error

hi,

i have a wesite hosted on a windows server 2003. with .net4.
i need an email to be send out to my when an error occurs. i am able to achieve this on my xp as i can get the smtp, but not able to find the smtp setting in IIS in the server. does anyone know how get this working
