Project on Cloud based App

Hello friends, I am working on a cloud based project. The project includes deploying a quizzing framework on cloud. For that purpose I need to refer some websites which takes quizes on languages like C,C++/Java(like a quiz platform). I have found couple of sites but need to research more on it. Friends can you suggest me some good sites or other areas on the same.
What more can be there other than a simple quiz website? Thanks.

you can deploy your application in cloudfoundary.com, its free beta version.

you have to use springsource toolkit, and integrate you IDE with cloudfoundary.com and deploy your application directly on cloud.
