file upload with progress bar

Hi this is lakshmana rao, my web page contains a file upload control it uploads a large file i.e video files, so that's why i want to put an progress bar with file upload control to display the size of file and progress of upload details etc....
can any one help to get me how to put progress bar along with upload control...
