How to secure a program?

Hi,

I've made a C# program and I need to secure it so no one can run this program without a serial number or a key!

I don't want to use internet registration ... I'm just looking for a way to provide a registration code with each CD, and the installation wizard should ask for that code before installing the program ... The code also should be unique ( 1 code for 1 PC)

how can I do that?
please reply as soon as possible, it's so important to me :(
