I am worked in private company but some problem is created.
I am download software through internet.
This is possible hide download information.administrator not get information what is downloaded software were is what so, what should do processes.
please give me answer

The user can always select where he wants to download the software...

Depends on the company, depends on the administrator.

The broad answer is: probably not - he is in charge of the internet connection, and can probably get reports on activity.
That you ask indicates that he probably does, and that there is a company policy regulating what files you can download.

If so, then you would be risking your job to break those rules. Think long and hard about the possible consequences before you try: depending on the material, you could be dismissed immediately without notice. It has happened in a company I worked for.

Effectively, in a company, you should mainly uses the Internet only for things related to work. And in particular, you should avoid large download that are unrelated to works or that are questionable (innappropriate, illegal..).

The network administrator can always install some program to check how the Internet is used.
