How to started Learn WCF technology

I am making one small practice silverlight application where i am going to try develop a WCF service and consume it in that application...so i want to learn WCF and required guideline regarding books or best link from where i learn and get idea about WCF as i am just new to learn WCF...i am using Visul studio 2010..
Can any one tell me..
