Don't expect any answer telling you have to make an application from A to Z. If you want an answer, then you need to ask a more clear and narrowed question. Also answering the questions you get will go a long way, when these guys asks you a question then it's because your question is unclear or lacking information.

Try Monster [^]. There are hundreds, nay, thousands of qualifed developers there looking for gainful employment. You would probably need to log on as an employer.
