Ultrawebgrid scrolling issue

I have added panel to my page. Within which I have added a UltraWebGrid. This UltraWebGrid has 22 columns, so it doesn't fit inside the panel. I added a horizontal scrollbar but it is not working. It is still going out of the panel.
I have set the width of the panel(550px) and also that of the UltraWebGrid(545px).
I have set the ScrollBar="Auto" ScrollBarView="Both" in Display Layout tag.

Can you please provide some help, as to what I am doing wrong? I need this urgently.
