How to program a chat tool by C# language?I want to learn network programming,and I hope to write a Winform Application which can be used to chatting.
But I don't know how to do it,do I need to learn socket or other knowlege?

Google! <sarcasm mode>This project has probably never been done before, </sarcasm mode> so I doubt that google will come up with many more that 25,000,000 hits - however, you might get lucky and find that one of them does not involve talking your through how to code it...

Here is an excellent WCF Chat Application[^] written by Sacha Barber. There are other examples in Code Project that uses socket programming instead of WCF. You can try searching for terms like "C# chat", etc.
