Hi everyone
i want to create an application which can delivers and receives sms freely without using any GSM Modem.

Solution 1

It depends what do you mean by "freely".

You can use an SMS Gateway, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SMS_gateway[^].

If "freely" means "free-of-charge", I doubt you can get it. This is pretty much like "free lunch".

I got the confirmation — you want it free of charge.

Try to find some more, use Google.
