Where does the SMTP Log file reside which may contain bounced back emails?

Hi ,

This can be a simple one for you guys but please let me know where does SMTP Log File Resides which may be containing the bounced back email and other email related logs.

Have you tried to use Google ?
What type of SMTP server: Exchange, Domino, Postfix etc...
