Using Color Dialog in CKEditor

I need help with asp application. I use the CKEditor control, and I've created a custom plugin named Fill, which supposed to paint a table cell in the editor with the chosen color.

I've got 2 problems:
1.How can I use the Color Dialog that already exists in CKEditor, so it will open when I click my plugin?
2.When I choose a color, how can I paint the specific table cell?

Please please help, I'm racking my brains with this one....
