How to bind sqldatabase in html page

Hi everybody,

I have added htmlpage in asp.net website i have taken a button and a table now
my task is when clicked on button sql server table data should be binded in table,my doubt is "how to write connection string and where to write" "please i dont know iam a fresher please help me waiting for your result soon"

google on gridview and for a connectionstring look at http://www.connectionstrings.com.

Your question itself says that you dont have knowledge of .Net or ADO.Net at all.
Why dont you guys read some book or tutorial on net. There are hundreds of tutorial available on net.
