Hi,

I was wondering if it was possible to have a drop down list where you select one of the options and it loads the form that is designated to that option, and appears directly below the drop down menu on the same page so the client can fill it out and submit it?

I have four forms that I do not want to show on the page until they are individually selected from the drop down menu, or list (whatever is easier).
I am looking to create a drop down menu that will display a form once i have selected the appropriate option in the drop down menu.

Any help would be very much appreciated!
