Report can't be loaded Crystal Reports

I get a "report can't be loaded" error when I try to export some information using Crystal Report, the error ocurred sometimes, I don't know under what conditions ocurrs but sometimes occurs and is fixed by himself so I don't know what to do to fix this, if anyone had the same problem please help me. I work with a Web Application mounted in a external hosting. As additional information, this only happen in the app uploaded in the hosting.

report can't be loaded is all i got now, cause' I don't know under what conditions ocurrs if I get the error again I can improve the question but meanwhile is all I got

Solution 1

It sounds like you have one version of Crystal Reports on your dev machine, but your host is running a different version. The two may not be compatible. You might want to get with the hosting company Support group to find out what's going on.
