Problem running WPF Browser Application

Hi
I am having problem running a WPF Browser application. When I create a sample project and drag, drop some controls on Page1.Xaml file and then click Run on the solution, a blank window is displayed. I should see the Page1.xaml load up in IE, but instead a blank window is popped up. It does not throw any error.

However, if i open the xbap file through IE then it works. Why can't I run it through Visual Studio. Any idea anyone?

There is no code, i am using a simple blank project with some controls dropped on the Page.xaml
