gmail window problem

In my gmail window a blue background window comes up above the messages and
when moving down on the messages another screen appears under the original screen.
Thiosm interferes with viewing all received mail. Also no print options are available in the screenm such as print all. This problem is in the standard view window. The HTML basic works fine but is to slow. I havw Windows 7 and IE9

This is not a programming question. This is a programming forum. I suggest you find a forum for users, perhaps even one provided by google, where you can ask questions about using web applications. This is a forum for people who are writing applications.
