Visio Addin -> Shape Text Alignment

I am writing a Visio Addin (C#). In that addin I am dynamically adding shapes. I don't know how to change the Vertical and Horizontal text alignment.

A given shape object has text assigned to it.

Shape.Text = "Hello World";

How do I change the alignment of that text to Left Align.

Note: I belive it has something to do with this

 Shape.get_CellsSRC((short)Visio.VisSectionIndices.visSectionObject, (short)Visio.VisRowIndices.visRowAlign, (short)Visio.VisCellIndices.visAlignLeft)

Can someone help with text alignment to top, and format text to bold I tried everything but not able to arrive at a solution.
