Hi,
i have forgotten the win7 password of the only admin account,
i have access to its file-system through ubuntu(second OS).
Is there a way i can reset the password?(maybe enable the administrator account?)

Try this:

(Since you have access via ubuntu, you can substitue ubuntu for step 1 of the procedure.)

There are many Windows password reset tools, but I haven't personally tested them. Windows Password Rescuer 3.0 is a widely spread edition on internet...
It supports running with CD/DVD/USB, remove the lost or forgotten password and then log in to your computer without any password.As long as you have another PC to install it and burn it to CD/DVD or USB Drive.You also can use Windows Password Rescuer to add a new user with administrator privilege to your Windows when you can not find target user. With this New user account you can and logon your locked computer directly to copy important data from the locked computer if you want to reinstall your Windows system at last.
