What happens on MONO?

Just a month ago I heard that MONO has an android implement for C# programmer . I was so excited ,but now I find the webpage can't access (always throw a 503:Gateway Timeout error on Monodroid and Monodevelop) .
Is MONO dead or it will ?
So pity !
Anyone who knows what happens on MONO ?
