problem Sending mail through SMTP Client

Hai All,
Iam using to send a mail through smtp client.it's working fine at my place.but it's not working at client place.
At my place iam giving Host as mail.domain.com and port as 25
my.domain.com as from and to.domain.com as to address and for authentication iam giving passwod.here at my place everything is working fine.
but at client place they are using IP like 192.168.7.10 as host and port something like XXXX,How to rectify this problem.can anyone suggest me the answer.

Is mail server accessible from client's computer? You can check it out using Telnet client
