I want to have a HTML Editor for Windows form (VS.net 2.0)

Dear all!

I am developing an application on Windows forms of VB.net 2.0 . I want to have an HTML editor for that but I found some HTML editors on internet but they do not support for table with full functions such as ( insert row down, insert row up, insert column left or right, merge cells ...)
Help me about that
