Did backup using program called ashampoo and gave me .PBD backup file

Dose any one know how to restore a backup file under the extension .pbd, a backup was done by a program called ASHAMPOO. After backup the result was a file with extension .pbd, please if any one have any idea please help. Thanks.

Ashampoo[^] is a company that makes various software packages. Do you know which one made the file? There is a list of programs you can download here.[^]

Most of the .pbd files that I've run across are Palm or PowerBuilder things.
