Drop Down list problem

Hi

I have a dropdown list (html Select) with different options. I made the size of the dropdown list to 200px. But some of the options are too long (much more than 200 px). In this case I need to maintain the drop down list size to 200 px, but the option size to the size of the longest option. I have issues in IE. Do you have any idea to fix it?

I can not change the width of the dropdown at run time. It is fixed to 200 px. But need to show options in its full size.
