button and image synchronization

hello all
i am facing a problem while resizing the window size.
i am using a button as control,in that i am giving a text and a image together.
but whenever am resizing the window again,the control gets mismatched,mean the image size and text size gets mismatched.
how to make them matched,so that they can make the control as single body...

Could you please elaborate? Do you need to scale the controls as the window size change?
