How to open DOTNetNuke in IIS ?

Hi all ,

I have a dotnetnuke website and i want to open it in iis inorder to allow sending emails through smtp server.So please can anyone tell me how to do it ? I am getting this error when i put it on IIS and pressed browse :

Suggestions:
Try reloading: localhost/DotNetNuke

did you configure IIS properly ? please google and configure IIS properly.
