hi i know that some where in ram there is video memory and cpu use it to show information on the monitor,so what graphic card does? and what is graphic card for?

The graphics card translates the software requests to show information into the kind of signals that the monitor can interpret: basically "scan lines": "This level Red, That level Green, The other level Blue" for each pixel across the screen, then a "next scan line" marker, and repeat for the whole screen.

The screen knows nothing about text or graphics, it just understands pixel information, in the form of electrical signals.
